This agreement remains in effect until either party terminates it. In order to terminate, the User must stop using the Services and notify Nextgenit.
Stop using the Services and send a formal notification to Nextgenit.
For any violation of these Terms, Nextgenit may promptly and without notice terminate this agreement.
All payment commitments and liabilities incurred prior to termination will remain in effect.

If unresolved, escalate the same with your Account Manager for further assistance.
If the issue persists, email Nextgenit with details. Management will decide on full or partial refunds.
